For help with the mechanics of submitting through this site, check out the help pages. Authors need to register with this site prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process. NOTE: once you complete the fourth step, confirming submission, some things can't be edited, so please wait until your final version is ready before completing that step.
